How do I order a custom cup?

Choose the cup you would like, then choose the decal. We also have custom lids and straws available.
Let me know in the notes if you would like it to be made on my next TikTok Live (I go Live 3 weeknights each week) or make it off live.

If you choose to make it off-live, I will email to confirm your choice.

What does "flow" mean?
"Fast" flow is if you want a cup that has glitter moving in the cup and then settles down after a couple of minutes, like a snow globe.

"Slow" flow (or "suspended" flow) is when the glitter stays
suspended in the cup for a few hours (or longer) before it finally settles to the top and bottom.

Shipping
Processing time is usually 1-2 days to "de-gas" the cup. Air bubbles can still occur during shipping and
is out of our control.
Lava, drips, mica and other non-glitter cups ship out next-day (minus weekends or holidays).

We use only high quality UV DTF decals and glitter for our cups.

To care for your cup:
- must be hand washed in cold water
- no microwave or dishwasher
- avoid extreme heat
- do not soak in hot water
- use a soft sponge or dish towel
