Collection: Refunds

Due to the uncertainty of shipping that is out of our control once we drop it off, we do not refund missing packages.  We exclusively use UPS as they provide photos of delivery, along with tracking numbers, so we know it was shipped to the right house.  
We will remake your cup free of charge, but we do ask that you pay for shipping.

Air bubbles can occur as a natural result of the shipping process and are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process. Plus, bubbles help keep the cups from breaking during transmission (pressure). Bubbles are our friend!

We do not accept any refunds, cancellations, or returns after your order has been placed. You have ordered a custom product created just for you.
